Your deposit is fully refundable when your storage ends, as long as everything is in order, think of it as a safety net, not an extra charge.
Absolutely! Our professionally trained team handles everything with care from large furniture and white goods right down to your most personal items like clothes, shoes, and wardrobe contents. We pack everything expertly, and if you’re moving into a new home, we can even unpack it all for you too. You won’t need to lift a finger.
For your own safety and peace of mind, we’re unable to store cash, jewellery, or important legal documents. We recommend keeping these items with you personally. Everything else we’ve got covered.
Yes, all of our warehouses are fully air-conditioned, which is essential in Dubai’s climate. Your belongings are kept in a clean, cool, pest-free, and dust-free environment throughout their stay.
No problem at all! If an item is too large for your POD or you simply have more than one POD’s worth of belongings, we can arrange additional PODs or dedicated space within our airconditioned facility. Absolutely. Our PODs are built from premium, durable plywood fully enclosed to keep out dust, mould, and pests. They’re stored in a clean, air-conditioned, secure facility, and because we pack and lock the POD right at your door, there’s no doublehandling of your belongings at any point. For additional peace of mind, we also include standard warehouse insurance for fire and theft in every storage quote as standard.
Yes, standard storage insurance is already included in your quote at no extra cost. This covers AED 1,000 per 30 sqft of storage space against fire, natural disasters, and theft by forced entry. If you have higher-value items and want extra protection, you can increase your coverage for just AED 10 per month for every additional AED 1,000 of declared value. Just ask our team and we’ll tailor it to your needs.
