Easytruck made our move simple and stress free. This was our fifth move in Dubai and was easily the smoothest and best organised. Ben from the sales team was very helpful setting up our move and advising our storage needs. The online payment system was simple, clear and easy to use. Ali was our on-site manager for the move. He took great care to keep us informed throughout the day. He led the team with confidence and professionalism. We were very comfortable that we were in good hands. Ali kept checking in with us during the day to make sure we were happy with everything. Furniture items were rearranged to suit our desires rather than just dumped in the target location. Our furniture was treated with great care. We have been very impressed with the whole process with Easytruck. I hope we don't need to move again soon but I know for sure who we will ask to help if needed. We give this team the highest recommendation.

This was move number 5 for us in Dubai and most definitely the easiest one. The team led by Ali was amazingly efficient and so fast! Ali’s communication was fantastic through the whole experience. We were blown away. We downsized from a villa to an apartment in the Marina, so we had to store a lot too. It was great that the whole thing was organised through the one company. Easy Truck’s pricing are also very reasonable for the absolute professional service they provide. We don’t plan on moving for a very long time, but if we do, we will definitely call Easy Truck!

Its my 3rd time using their storage facility, I had taken a full Pod for 4 months and stored ll my belongings and was told it is completely locked and can only be accessed by me. I was given 3 keys...I had visited the warehouse twice in the 4 months to take out some clothes and leave things i bought overseas. The day of the schedule delivery, I went down with my keys and was told the staff had broken the lock and removed my things from the pod and it was loose in the truck l I was upset as I had some valuable items, a few suitcases and personal documents in the pod as well. one item which was a plastic 4 drawer storage unit was half opened, no plastic wrapping and the contents completely open, this had my cosmetics . I had visited the warehouse less than 10 days ago, and this unit was completely wrapped in plastic. There were about 5 guys on the delivery and I asked them to leave stuff on the balcony and rest strewn just on the table. I was told to tick boxes by number as they were bringing it in, at the end there were 2 boxes missing. When I questioned the team leader, he mumbled something and said it was everything. from the pod. Once I started unpacking, I discovered several cosmetics and entire bag of ice Gels for sport injuries from my travels and face creams missing from the unwrapped unit, as I unpacked the next day I was missing my ironing board, many kitchen items such as my toaster, Wok, tea pots and kettles, ice trays, ice packs, loads of freezer and storage bags and foil plus Brand new packs of toilet rolls and kitchen paper. its been 2 days, and I am still waiting a response from the company. totally unacceptable how the delivery was done and the pod broken into without even informing me. Beware, take proper inventory of your items and check every step of the way, I am so disappointed as I trusted this company and even left my tablet and important documents, thinking Only I had access. Its a shame that this was NOT THE CASE, If it was one or 2 items i would let ot go, but its several and a all the sports gels, a bag full gone. very unhappy loyal customer

Super stars when it comes to packing and storing. My items where stored for almost 6 months and after shipping them internationally. Everything arrived perfectly. Accessing the storage was always smooth and professional. Also,their rate was the best I received . Thanks to the whole team. You made my move a pleasant one. Special thanks to Ben and Loraine .

The team did great job from organizing the move with Ben till the movers left apartment. Ben is very helpful and professional and sorts out everything very quickly. Movers team was very efficient and quick and did amazing job. Definitely worth using their professional service.

Easy truck is super professional. Loraine and Ben were super helpful, and Ali and his team are super fast. I highly recommend their service if you want a hustle free moving. They offer good price and good storage place.

Good movers, really helpful and stayed beyond the specified time to help out. Also built some Ikea furniture whilst waiting which was kind. They did loose 1 curtain pole and drop the dining room table to cause some damage but I opted to not to pay extra for insurance so not a lot I can do. The team were nice and friendly and communication with eh British management was really helpful and easy. Would recommend the service but pay for the extra insurance is a must!

Easy Truck were a joy! This is the 3rd time I’ve used them now and they never fail to deliver. They pack as if the furniture and belongings were their own. They are extremely courteous and helpful. Excellent Service!!!The only moving company that came back to me with a quotation in an hour from doing the survey. The crew is amazing and very efficient!! They stuck to their time frame and got everything moved on time and intact!! They are for sure the best moving company I have used in Dubai. A big shout out to Simon, Tasaadek and Atif.

Punctual, competent, reliable. I woulud like to hire them again in the future. From quoting to unpacking, it was very smooth. Nothing broken or damaged. From 9am to 7pm , they worked diligently so I had to let them go. Thanks to all the staff working so hard.

The team was great, they were very pleasant and considerate, and took really good care of the furniture. I was really worried about wooden furniture not being damaged, the guys reassured me and tadaaa here I am in my new apartment and everything is intact. Great job!

Very professional service from day 1, they gave their best price from the start which was awesome. Simon kept in touch the whole time and didn't mind helping me with any questions I had. The booking system is super easy. Our foreman was very professional, he and his team turned up 8am on the dot, they all worked extremely hard and didn't leave until the job was done. The team was just amazing. Both moving out and back in along with the storage between. Couldn’t have asked for more, very well organized, great communication and planning and every team member knew exactly what to do while I sat back and ticked the box checklist. Seriously guys! I've experience extremely poor servicing in relation to the storage facility I had used them for. Be careful to confirm exactly how many storage boxes are required as you can't rely on the initial estimation, mine ended up being 4 crates instead of 3 which obviously brings the cost up.Be careful what boxes you are ticking on the form as it isn't clear, I didn't want additional insurance but must have ticked the box without realising and you would think they would have someone verifying the form to make sure they check with you in person. They have agreed to refund this to me as luckily I spotted the extra charges on my monthly bill.Also the security deposit was being asked from me two months later, I was later told they did ask for it by email 2 months prior but again this should have been taken care of during the face to face visit by the packers so I could easily give them an undated cheque in person without hassle, not whilst I am out of the country unable to do so. Then they asked if would pay a month in advance by direct debit if I couldn't present the cheque which seemed extremely unfair under the circumstances. I had to complain again for them to rectify this, and even in past emails complaining about the poor service no one called me until I raised my concern about other issues two months later.I must say the general manager did try to make an attempt at remedial action by calling me after finally getting clarity on the previous issues I'd faced, but it was a little too late, the damage had already been done.This kind of service is the last thing you want when you've trusted them with your prized possessions. I cannot recommend them due to the experience I've had, there are plenty of other professional companies in this space in Dubai.

I rarely leave reviews although i always intend to but this company were absolutely fabulous. I have moved 6 times in the last 5 years including 3 continents and these guys were by far the best i have ever experienced. Keep to the formula, it works!!!! The stress was alleviated by 80%. I will do and in fact have recommended them to all my friends. Excellent many thanks.

Talk about over and above. The guys were great anyway, took care of our stuff and moved us brilliantly. But last minute I had to change times due to moving rules of our accommodation and they did everything they could to fit us in. Can't recommend them highly enough. And the pizza at the end is the perfect finishing touch! Really happy.

I have used easy truck t for moving twice over the last 5 years and having been in the region for 15 years its clear they are a cut above the rest of the market. The end to end experience from first contact through to completion of the move was world class if not better than what I have experienced in western countries. Most importantly all my furniture and belongings arrived in perfect condition and was unpacked exactly as requested.
