By 5pm all of my stuff was inside the house completely unpacked, not a box in sight. Everything where it should be, mirrors and TVs mounted onto the walls. Easytruck really did take the stress out of my move. Thanks guys!

On time, organized, clean, efficient and very very friendly and helpful. After going through the details with the team leader I left.
Once everything was packed the team leader switched off the lights & a/c and locked the door. At the new place everything was brought in handled with care and unpacked. None of the items broke not even a scratch or a dent. Even the china (over 100 years old from the grandmother) made it in perfect condition! My storage pod was delivered at the requested time and - once again - everything in great condition. The handyman connected the white goods and everything was up and running before the move was even done. No fingerprints left at walls, no damaged corners in the new place, furniture assembled and put up. All boxes were unpacked and all packing materials removed. 
What I really liked was the concept of reusable boxes. Brilliant, sturdy, and you do something good for the environment.

They were unbelievably quick with packing.  Very careful and professional with all the equipment and materials you could think of.  They look smart and well dressed.  The guys seemed to enjoy their job and I was left with the feeling they are well looked after by their employer, which is a welcome change from so many other companies you deal with.  The price was very reasonable.  The handy men I booked through Easy Truck were also very good.  I would recommend Easy Truck to anybody!!

If you’ve ever fully moved countries, you’d know the hustle of selling, storage and shipping. I called EastTruck last minute. I needed them to help me move within the hour. They were at my apartment in less than an hour, packing up what I hadn’t finished packing. The team was a dream. Efficient, pleasant and easy to work with. EasyTruck was easily accessible for me whenever I need to switch things over in my pod. The movers were always at hand for any extras I needed.
I couldn’t write this review without mentioning the amazing Ben. He was able to accommodate my requests. He’s kind and friendly. Just what I needed during a stressful period.

After going through the details with the team leader I left. Once everything was packed the team leader switched off the lights & a/c and locked the door. At the new place everything was brought in handled with care and unpacked. None of the items broke not even a scratch or a dent. Even the china (over 100 years old from the grandmother) made it in perfect condition! My storage pod was delivered at the requested time and - once again - everything in great condition. The handyman connected the white goods and everything was up and running before the move was even done. No fingerprints left at walls, no damaged corners in the new place, furniture assembled and put up. All boxes were unpacked and all packing materials removed. What I really liked was the concept of reusable boxes. Brilliant, sturdy, and you do something good for the environment. Best moving company in town!!

I've experience extremely poor servicing in relation to the storage facility I had used them for. Be careful to confirm exactly how many storage boxes are required as you can't rely on the initial estimation, mine ended up being 4 crates instead of 3 which obviously brings the cost up.Be careful what boxes you are ticking on the form as it isn't clear, I didn't want additional insurance but must have ticked the box without realising and you would think they would have someone verifying the form to make sure they check with you in person. They have agreed to refund this to me as luckily I spotted the extra charges on my monthly bill.Also the security deposit was being asked from me two months later, I was later told they did ask for it by email 2 months prior but again this should have been taken care of during the face to face visit by the packers so I could easily give them an undated cheque in person without hassle, not whilst I am out of the country unable to do so. Then they asked if would pay a month in advance by direct debit if I couldn't present the cheque which seemed extremely unfair under the circumstances. I had to complain again for them to rectify this, and even in past emails complaining about the poor service no one called me until I raised my concern about other issues two months later.I must say the general manager did try to make an attempt at remedial action by calling me after finally getting clarity on the previous issues I'd faced, but it was a little too late, the damage had already been done.This kind of service is the last thing you want when you've trusted them with your prized possessions. I cannot recommend them due to the experience I've had, there are plenty of other professional companies in this space in Dubai.

I rarely leave reviews although i always intend to but this company were absolutely fabulous. I have moved 6 times in the last 5 years including 3 continents and these guys were by far the best i have ever experienced. Keep to the formula, it works!!!! The stress was alleviated by 80%. Talk about over and above. The guys were great anyway, took care of our stuff and moved us brilliantly. But last minute I had to change times due to moving rules of our accommodation and they did everything they could to fit us in. Can't recommend them highly enough. And the pizza at the end is the perfect finishing touch! Really happy.

I have used easy truck t for moving twice over the last 5 years and having been in the region for 15 years its clear they are a cut above the rest of the market. The end to end experience from first contact through to completion of the move was world class if not better than what I have experienced in western countries. I recently moved and needed storage for one month and wow, what a great job they did! The packers made sure that my things were well taken care of through the packing and unpacking process. This was the worst moving experience ever had and I have moved over 10 times. They came in recommended and I can see positive feedback from others ( including a close friend but in her case it was an apartment move)but this was the most costly and inefficient move of my life . Things that went wrong : - damaging walls ( on a brand new villa ) - lack of coordination with the team doing the electric stuff ( ie electrician , which is a separate service but Coordinated by them) Nice electrician who helped me opening boxes and hanging the TV because by 4 pm no sight of the ceiling lamps he was required to assemble - breaking a chair - breaking the door of a console ( still waiting to see if they will repair - I asked them to take it back) - losing a piece that holds a glass table to the legs - removing things that they were clearly told to leave behind - mismatching cables . I am still trying to find out what logic was followed- still can’t find my Apple TV on the third day, same goes with printer cable - stuffing (shoving rather)clothes like plastic bags in Shelves without any criteria whatsoever - workers looked exhausted - fully knowing there was a projector , agreeing they would handle projector and screen and simply unable to do so - another company coming tomorrow - 1000 aed more - agreeing to hanging shelves and paintings and hardly hanged anything - one driller for 11 man - I could go on .... the next day I spent extra 3000 aed getting professionals to come in and finish the work. Top with with the 1000 for the projector and I could have bought a car, a twith what a 3 person family move cost me.This was positioned to me as a premium company by the relationship manager . Yes it was a villa move but I have one kid and one dog ... not exactly shifting a large family . And it failed on so many fronts that it’s hard to believe this is a company capable of handling more than small moves. What bothers me is that I paid at least 30% more than I usually do and it was the most stressful move ever... and I was assured that the reason for the premium price was to have a turn key end to end stress free experience .I am still waiting for their management to contact me and explain when will they (1) return my furniture fixed (2) formally apologize for putting me through such a stressful experience.The relationship manager was on the phone all day but unable to get a firm grip on the situation. The man on the ground did not speak very good English so it was hard to communicate . It was not their fault . So many things went wrong that all I can think is that the job was not assessed properly in advance and that they sell better than they actually execute. Very disappointed

From lost items to forgotten items that were remebered after they left and they had to come back, this was a horrible experience. Hassle free moving !!!! Save, secure, hassle free and highly recommended.I wanted to move my 1 BHK apartment from Discovery Garden to Queue Point and after doing my research on google I found easy truck and honestly the point I got call from Mr. John (customer relation) I feel this people know what they are doing and they really love it.So after some negotiation we had a deal of 1900 AED for packing and packing cloths in my Wardrobes to dishes in my kitchen everything.At sharp 8:00 AM Mr. Ali (Team Leader) was at my door step with team of 4 friendly, qualified guys and within 3 hours all of my stuff was pack with labelling on each box in the most intelligent,save way and ready to load in truck.By 4: 30 pm everything was unpack and on place in my new apartment and honestly it was stress free, save and secure process for me and the free pizza was like cherry on the top.I highly highly recommend them, best of luck Easytruck Team

On your IVR (800Easy), you have an option to chose how many bedrooms you have and will give the estimation, and for a 2 bedrooms it gave 3,100AED to 5,500AED. For my 2 bedrooms I got a quotation of 5,100 and I got a discount to get a final price of 4,760AED because you need to fill the schedule!!! This is although I am not shifting appliances except a fridge and a small cooler, and I am not shifting a dining table and no shifting for curtains at all! And the one who came to view the flat said that this is an easy job!

May sound like a commercial but True story: I ordered movers and packers from a random company called Najam Al Falak to my place. Bunch of four guys came stared at the boxes for hours and messed up not only my packing but also my New Year's Eve( lesson 1: never try to save money when it comes to peace of mind)On 01Jan'17: I searched on google and found only one company advertising they operate 24/7 (EasyTruck) Read reviews and thought I give it a try. Called their number in the morning of first, which is a holiday, and the phone was answered by not just some management but the owner, Chris himself. (That's called personalized and someone who means business). Impressed by that I asked him for an approximate quote over the phone and within minutes he dispatched a team. (Lesson 2: order from people who know their stuff)Within an hour a team of 4/5 guys in Uniform arrived introduced themselves (once again on a holiday), I showed them th mess the other guys had made, and the team leader, Usman Butt, told me to just relax and leave everything to him and his team. Their Strong Man, Asif, walked in with tapes and boxes, cleared each and every inch, unpacked the crappy Pcking, and repacked amazingly. (The guys who messed up did 5-6 boxes in 6 hours, Easy truck team finished it in 20 minutes).They were careful, professional, friendly, clean and respectful.I forgot to add, when they came I was holding a paper and pen to make a list of everything they pack. Usman looked at me smiled and said, Sir please don't tax yourself, we will be making an entire list of the things we pack.I really hope everyone who comes to this website actually reads my entire note, because these guys genuinely deserve the praise.I actually appreciate them after what I experienced with unprofessional unknown company, and then seeing these guys taking my stress away.I have to appreciate the company for hiring professional guys.You have an amazing team.My only request to easy trucks: please start international moving too, you'll definitely be great at it.once again, thank you Chris, Usman, Asif and the entire team.

Amazing, fast, reliable and friendly service. Love the efficiency and pace that they got things done, they moved 11 years of living in one and a half days. I had complete peace of mind knowing that my personal possessions were in the very best of care. The price point was surprisingly reasonable and I particularly loved the fact that they collected the boxes to up-cycle as i was concerned about the wastage but they had even thought of that. I was so pleased to have a follow up call from the owner to check that everything had gone smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Easy Truck and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Easytruck moved us into our new place months ago and one piece of furniture was not re-assembled properly but the problem did not manifest itself until a few weeks ago. I identified the problem, gave them a call, sent pictures and their GM dispatched carpenters to assess the problem the next day and it was fixed within a week (and the carpenters left the room cleaner than when they arrived). No questions. No excuses. He just did the right thing. THAT is true customer service which most of the time is so sadly lacking in this town, and it is why Easytruck will be the FIRST call I make next time I need to move.

Honestly anytime the words moving house come up I cringe. I have to say that I consider myself extremely lucky as I had no idea of which company to choose when it came to house from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and yet stumbled upon Easy Truck movers. It was as easy as 1 2 3. Everyone was helpful very precise and accurate when it came to what is actually included within the pricing.
