easycover compensation

Easytruck offers an OPTIONAL individual item compensation we call 'easy-cover'.

Damage Compensation: Upon selecting on your contract and paying for Easycover prior to your move, Easytruck will compensate the customer for damages occurring due to negligence on the part of the company or any of its employees up to a maximum of AED3,000 total towards the cost of the repair or replacement of the damaged item(s).

Individual Item Damage Compensation Guarantee Limitations:
The damage compensation amount will be capped & shall not exceed a maximum of 3,000Dhs in total regardless of the number of items or the overall claim. For the avoidance of any doubt, Easytruck's liability shall not exceed a total of 3,000Dhs.

Damage Compensation Guarantee covers physical, visible damage to goods
and does not include mechanical or electrical derangement or malfunction.

Disclaimer:

Easytruck will employ its best efforts to ensure all items are moved without damage. In the event highly valuable items being moved, Easytruck always recommends taking a 3rd party comprehensive insurance policy covering all individual items to their total insured value during your move and is generally available at approximately  3% of the total value of your items. Easycover is limited to protect against minor visible damage for repair or replacement of individual items to a total & maximum value of 3,000Dhs regardless of the number of items damaged.

The Easytruck Storage price match promise is your guarantee that whenever you store with us we are confident you are getting the best deal!

It is simple. If you find a cheaper price for the same service with any other storage company we will match it and beat it by 5%.

To qualify, we must be satisfied the storage service is a comparable service:

  • Storage warehouse

    • AC controlled
    • CCTV
    • Dubai location
    • Lockable storage
    • Locked and secure
    • Customer access available
    • Location within Dubai

  • Transportation

    • Fully covered trucks
    • All in-house, not outsourced

  • Packing

    • New materials
    • International packing standards

We also need the following info:

  • Name of the storage company where you are getting a cheaper quote

  • Screenshot or copy of the cheaper quote

  • Your storage criteria

    • Dates
    • Size of storage required
    • Location
    • Access requirements

Terms and Conditions

You are eligible for a price match and 5% discount if your request meets the following conditions:

  • This guarantee applies only to storage in Dubai.
  • The Easytruck Storage price match will be valid on the initial quote only, and is non-negotiable beyond our initial offer.
  • Price match requests must be supplied at least 48 hours in advance of the required service date.
  • Price match quotes must be submitted within 12 hours of receipt from the storage company with a cheaper price.
  • To qualify, we must be satisfied that (a) the storage service is a comparable service, (b) the pickup and return dates and locations for the storage are the same, and (c) the storage service you have found is actually available to book as one package from the same company.
  • Prices are compared on the storage service price and when calculating the other alternative storage company's total price comparisons will include the cost of the storage fees, all handling/transportation and booking charges.
  • When requesting a price match you must include the name of the storage company where the storage is cheaper, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited if a web quote), the cost of the cheaper storage, your storage criteria (dates/size of storage required/locations), your name, email address and contact telephone number.
  • Price match requests are not available via phone.
  • The Easytruck Storage price match quote does not apply when you use coupons/vouchers or other promotional offers on the cheaper storage service.
  • Easytruck Reserves the right to refuse price match requests if quotes and/or storage service is deemed to not be the same or is quoted/booked under different terms and conditions.
  • The Easytruck Storage price match guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time and without prior notice.
  • May not be offered during peak periods.
